1.Where do you ship from?

We are shipping from our warehouses in USA and Europe. Though incase of shortage we order from our other warehouses across the world.

2.When will you ship my order?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2-4 weeks.Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. 

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Growingsquirrel.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country. 

3.When will my items arrive?

It will usually take 2-4 weeks for all orders to arrive. 

4.Customs charges

All our orders are subject to customs charges, depending on the country you are shipping them to. We recommend you check your countries policy on this prior to ordering. Usually, a note will be posted through your door advising you of this charge, and your item will not be delivered or be available for collection until the charge has been paid. We are not able to refund any customs charges.

5.Amendments and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order.

Cancellations
- You must contact us within 24 hours.
- We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped. 

6.How can I pay?

We accept all major credit/debit cards( Master card, Visa, Discover, Amex ) and Paypal.

7.Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

8.Why don't' I see the same deal on your website that I see advertised on facebook?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works. 

9.How do you determine your "compared to" prices?

We get these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.

10.I ordered  2 Items, why did I only receive one ? 

When you order multiple items they may be shipped separately due to logistically reasons. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once.You will get soon. 

11.I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email, what's going on?

Kindly check your Spam folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. 

12.Oh no, I messed up my shipping address ! Can I change it? 

If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

11.I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

Usually you will receive tracking order number in 2-5 business days after placing orders.Please contact us if you have any query regarding this.

13.What's your refund/exchange policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order ( defective product, etc.), we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement. Please read our refund policy.

14.Which currency I will be charged in?

We process all orders in USD.
