1.Our 30 Day Warranty
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Personalised, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
2. When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3.Late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
4. May I return my products without informing?
You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
Send us an email with your order number and we'll be happy to provide you with our return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5.How may I contact you?
You may contact us by e-mail at email@example.com. We always try our best to give a response within 48 hours and will be happy to help you!
If you agree to our return policy and guarantee that the item has not been opened and taken out of its security seal, please copy/paste the following statement when emailing us:
"I, (insert your full name), agree to the GrowingSquirrel return policy and understand if GrowingSquirrel finds that the item has been opened and taken out of its security seal, I will not receive a refund, and I will not receive my opened item back."
6. Can I cancel my order after it has been processed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit companies.
7. Invalid Reason
The buyer no longer wants the item. This is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great services.
The buyer needs to make sure he or she needs to buy the items before submitting the order, not after.
